Qamar al deen


• 400 gms dried apricots
• 3 cups tap water
• 3 cups tap water
Nezo fine Himalayan Salt for garnish


1. Soak the dried apricot in water overnight. Blend in a blender with the water and sugar till no lumps remain. Strain with a strainer. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate.

2. Garnish the serving glasses with Nezo fine Himalayan salt. Pour chilled drink into glasses and serve.
