DIRECTIONS

  1. Add finely grated garlic, 1 cup yogurt, 1 lemon juice & whisk.
  2. For the Marinade add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, Seven spice, Nezo Fine Sea salt to taste & mix will.
  3. Apply yogurt mixture on the Lamb for min of 30 mins or overnight.
  4. Heat about 1-2 tbsp oil in a skillet & cook for 3-4 mns, till nicely browned on both sides.
  5. Cook all the pieces & top with Nezo Coarse Sea Salt.
