Mixed boiled potatoes with olive oil, parsley and salt

Side dish, serves 4, 30 mins.

DIRECTIONS

Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil in plenty of water with NEZO fine salt with iodine for about 20 mins until tender. Drain, drizzle liberally with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

INGREDIENTS

Iodized Table Salt

  • NEZO fine salt with iodine
  • 1 kg mixed potatoes (Roseval, purple truffle and baby new potatoes)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
