DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add lentils, carrot, spices, Nezo Low Sodium Salt and water/stock.
  3. Simmer 20 – 25 minutes until tender.
  4. Blend partially or fully if desired.
  5. Season with Nezo Salt & Pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm with lemon.
