DIRECTIONS
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add lentils, carrot, spices, Nezo Low Sodium Salt and water/stock.
- Simmer 20 – 25 minutes until tender.
- Blend partially or fully if desired.
- Season with Nezo Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with lemon.
