DIRECTIONS

- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- Add chicken or all cheeses, black pepper, and Nezo Iodised Table Salt.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly.
- Fill pastry sheets, fold into triangles, and seal edges.
- Deep fry until golden, or brush with oil and bake at 180°C until crisp.
Tip: Serve warm with garlic yoghurt or tahini sauce.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken or 1½ cups grated akkawi or mozzarella cheese and ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–1½ tsp Nezo Iodised Table Salt
- Oil for frying or brushing if baking
