DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place fish on baking tray.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle zaatar, pepper, and Nezo Himalayan Pink Salt Coarse.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.
